Fall Edge Villa

Elevated above the street and oriented toward the sea, this home was designed to make the ocean the main character. On a challenging linear site, we utilized a three-story footprint to maximize both space and perspective. The primary residence across the top two levels with a spacious garden studio dwelling below. We utilized the site’s natural slope to create separate, intuitive entries while maintaining a clean, homogeneous exterior. This design celebrated the Caribbean lifestyle and architecture by maximizing natural light, with strategic ocean-facing glazing, and a seamless transition from the main interior spaces to the outdoor patios, enhancing the quality of life for those living.
